This year’s UOAA Conference and Case Competition will be held on March 9th and 10th at the Ajax Convention Centre. From professional workshops and dynamic speakers to an intense case competition, our delegates will be shown a Conference experience unlike any other at UOIT. This year’s case competition will challenge students in all areas of business, in applying their knowledge in a team environment setting to solve a professional level case. Our conference will give our delegates opportunities to network with Accounting Bodies, large corporations and local businesses to gain exposure with potential recruiters and representatives.
Details:
- March 9th and 10th at the Ajax Convention Centre
- Workshops by KPMG, TD, and ProFitness Advisors
- Recruiters and representatives from various accounting firms
- Fully catered breakfast, lunches and dinners on both days
- $3000 worth of cash prizes
- This year you have the option of registering your own team for the competition. Teams will consist of 5 individuals. You may register as groups smaller than 5 or individually and you will be grouped with other individuals to form a complete team.
- Tickets are $50 per delegate
Rules:
- There will be two levels of competition, junior (1st, 2nd years) and senior (3rd, 4th years)
- If you wish to register a team, all delegates must be in one level
- Payment is due in full upon registration
